LOCAL PICK UP/ LEAVE WITH STYLIST IS AN OPTION
ALL HAIR HAS TO BE ORDERED. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY. 4-5 DAYS.
IF BEING SHIPPED, YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR ORDER IN 7-10 DAYS
PLEASE NOTE THAT KLARNA ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER THAN SQUARE OR PAYPAL. I HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR PAYOUT IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER WHICH TAKES ABOUT 7-11 DAYS WITH ADDITIONAL SHIPPING BEING AN EXTRA 5-7 DAYS.
Return & Exchange Policy
There are no refunds. You will be able to get a credit or exchange if there are problems on LUXE twenty3’s end. Hair must be in the same condition that you received it. After 7 days, there will be no credits or exchanges.
